Thomas is a hands-on senior operations manager with decades of experience implementing operational and IT solutions in the legal, manufacturing, franchising, and distribution/service industries. He is an expert at utilizing and leveraging technology to minimize costs and maximize profits. Thomas thrives at applying advanced business and financial process/procedures that enhance a company efficiencies and strengthen the bottom line. He is a firm believer in team management supporting each individuals personal and career growth by giving them the tools and training needed to be successful.

Outside of work Thomas is a private pilot and also enjoys piloting drones for video photography and general enjoyment.
